Japan Visa
Recently applying for a 3-year Japan visa. Submitting in Guangzhou has been a bit turbulent lately, since a group of people who overstayed in Japan a few months back had visas issued from Guangzhou~~

HK Bank Card
Took a trip to HK to open an ICBC card. The process went smoothly, but the service efficiency in Hong Kong was painfully slow—compared to the mainland, it really feels far behind;
Average time per person (waiting + processing): 2.5 hours;
Even with an appointment slot, you still have to wait until the previous person finishes before it’s your turn. Doesn’t feel like the appointment is time-based at all;
The branch doesn’t have automated card-issuing kiosks or digital forms—everything is filled out manually by hand, which is super inefficient;
I haven’t visited HK in years. Seeing all the online rants complaining about HK, I was half-skeptical,
This time I got to experience it firsthand~~
