Heard about this book for a long time, BUT never got around to reading it. Skimmed through it recently and found it really well-written. Definitely worth reading—in fact, worth re-reading a few times, as many insights need time to digest to appreciate their flavor.

OnePlus 11 Screen Replacement
My mom lost her phone due to being absent-minded. We filed a police report and got it back within half an hour, but the screen was smashed. The police said a young person brought it in and it was already broken.
- The screen was hit in three spots—top, middle, bottom—which damaged the inner OLED panel, making touch unresponsive.
- What’s the psychology behind deliberately smashing it? Did they think if it was broken, we’d take it to a nearby repair shop so someone could profit? Still can’t wrap my head around that~
- Inquired at several Taobao shops and all quoted ¥900+. Samsung curved screens only come in OEM genuine parts. Finally took it to Guangzhou BuyNow computer market and paid ¥850 for a genuine replacement screen without warranty. Consider it paying money to ward off bad luck~

Janice’s live performance was phenomenal—easily dozens of times better than the studio CD. If you ever get the chance, you really must go see her live. Wanted to catch her Shenzhen show too, but tickets were already sold out~
Solo Travel
Packed a single backpack and wandered through several cities, immersing myself in the local customs & culture. It felt so relaxing, and I found genuine peace of mind~~
