How to Write Good Articles
Started reading this book—mentioned it previously and finally bought a copy to read. Very light and breezy, teaching you how to gather and accumulate writing material. It’s so thin that you can finish it in a few days, and bookstores were completely sold out. Guess slim and concise books are the trend now; even at just a few dozen pages, it still cost 20 bucks.

Swimming
Went swimming over the weekend. Hit 2 km with a 2’30” pace—felt like I could’ve gone faster, but way too many seniors were clogging up the lane.
Running
Awkward moment: Was aiming to break into the 4’xx” pace during a 10 km run when my shoe suddenly gave out… Hadn’t worn this pair often. Checked my purchase history—bought them back in 2014, a whole 10 years ago! ASICS quality is truly impressive; the shoes weren’t broken, the sole just delaminated. Soles usually unglue after 2–3 years anyway. Didn’t want to waste time gluing them back together, but still felt a little reluctant to let them go.
